Swedish Krona will have one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with creatively different, thoroughly thought over layouts. Scandinavian approach towards housing is characterized by functionality and maximum efficient use of space.

All apartments in Swedish Krona are spacious, with large windows, wide balconies and loggias to let in maximum sunlight. The closets and storage places are also provided.

Kitchen, a place where family gathers together for dinner, is combined with dining or living room in Western manner.

Apartments are offered fully prepared for finishing or with ready-made fine finishing. In addition, an owner of apartment can select finishing materials from several options in advance.
